When and how do I receive my funds?
Disbursements are processed regularly after rent collection and expense reconciliation. Most owners receive their funds via ACH direct deposit. -
How is rent collected?
We collect rent primarily through our secure online tenant portal. We also enforce timely payments and handle late notices per lease terms. -
What lease terms do you offer?
Standard leases are typically 12 months, but we can tailor lease lengths to meet your needs and reflect current market demand. -
When can you start managing my property?
As soon as we finalize your management agreement and your property is lease-ready, we can begin service immediately.
