When and how do I receive my funds?

Disbursements are processed regularly after rent collection and expense reconciliation. Most owners receive their funds via ACH direct deposit.
How is rent collected?

We collect rent primarily through our secure online tenant portal. We also enforce timely payments and handle late notices per lease terms.
What lease terms do you offer?

Standard leases are typically 12 months, but we can tailor lease lengths to meet your needs and reflect current market demand.
When can you start managing my property?

As soon as we finalize your management agreement and your property is lease-ready, we can begin service immediately.
